I got into leadership development 21 years ago when I was writing business book summaries, and some readers wanted something "deeper" for their teams. I loved the work and (quickly) became disillusioned with the norms of the time - "pitch, deliver, get the glowing feedback forms and leave." I believe the purpose of corporate learning is to drive change. I built Actionable as a methodology (and later, technology) to make learning stick, and to prove the impact of that work.
Actionable attracted over 500 leadership consultants who shared my belief in the purpose of learning. Together, we've enhanced and proven the lasting impact of over 9000 learning programs (and counting).
As Actionable grew in sophistication, we priced ourselves out of the market for earlier stage consultants. Good for Actionable. But I love working with solo consultants...
So in 2022, as Actionable stabilized and developed systems, I launched Catalyst, both to support solo consultants and to scratch the itch of teaching everything I've learned over 20+ years in getting leads, making sales and building offers that don't burn you out to deliver.
My clients have sold over $40m of offers using my systems and under my tutelage.
These days I’m focused on being lean and efficient.
I’m a full time Dad to two young boys and my exceptionally supportive wife, and my work fits around them.
